I liked that I made a mistake with the date of my booking and management at the hotel was quick to respond to my request to change the date and not charge me any fees.As I was checking out, the man I spoke with on the phone was at the desk and took the time to talk with me. I stay at this hotel every time I visit family in the area because I know I will get clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and friendly service. It is also very conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping. This is not a Hilton, so if that is what you are expecting don't book here, but if you are expecting a clean room at a very affordable rate where staff will go above and beyond this hotel will be perfect for you.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Our TV went out & the manager personally came to fix it. So, so friendly! We also discussed I lost my apple pen while in bed. The manager took the bed apart to help look for it (at the same time he was fixing our tv). We were in Joplin to go to our grandsons baseball tournament & we’re able to leave a day early. The manager explained if we checked out by 1pm, we would get the last day of our reservation credited back to us. I just can’t say enough good things about this staff….so helpful & friendly. The hotel could use sprucing up but it was clean & the breakfast was certainly adequate. I would stay here again anytime!

Easy to get to, right off I-44, easy in and out! An abundance of places to eat close by. The room was cozy, nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Considering the closeness to the interstate, it was quiet. The breakfast consisted of ceral, pastries, yogurt and a pancake machine. There was coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The balcony overlooking the parking lot was small but nice and clean. However, the sliding door was a bit@h to open and close. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The staff was pleasant with quick check-in.

Our stay was very good. Staff very pleasant. Facility was clean and inviting. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc. As my husband and I are smokers, we appreciated the opportunity to have a smoking room. The facility is well lit at night. Parking area is convenient and safe. Facility is very large, but, easily navigated. Was surprisingly quiet during the night considering the parking lot was full and close to a major roadway. Would definitely recommend.
